Main Job Purpose: A member of the Unilever Food Solutions Pakistan Leadership Team reporting to the Country Leader, responsible for delivering long term sustainable growth through independent HoReCa operators. The incumbent is responsible for leading the Customer Development (sales) agenda across PULL, and for building customer development capability in line with the country 2020 plan and initiatives.
Job Summary
– Is responsible for the strategic direction in relation to PULL Customer Development in the country
– Ensure appropriate account contact strategy is implemented in line with Global and Cluster strategy
– Ensure all appropriate GGG (grip (getting a completely new customer), grab (getting an existing customer to buy a new SKU) and grow (increasing sales of the same SKU to the same customer by increasing consumption)) Tools are deployed and fully implemented in the country
– Leads and manages the team of PULL Territory Managers and Area Sales Managers in the Country to deliver against plan
– Manages Sales force efficiency to establish balanced and manageable territories that will meet financial goals
– Manage and control the sales force management to develop their skills, ensure that a high professional standard is achieved, and that monthly sales targets and KPI targets are met
– Identify sales management training needs and provide appropriate solutions
– Establish close liaison with Marketing to exploit new products and other business opportunities, promotions, discounts, pricing, trade deals, chef demonstrations and other Marketing related activities and functions.
