Main Job Purpose:ย The general purpose of this job is to provide administrative support to the Workplace & Travel Services Department. Assistant Manager WTS assists with the administration of the day-to-day operations of the falling under the scope of WTS at Lahore site while making sure that all the team membersโ duties are fulfilled.
Essential Responsibilitiesย
- Ensuring facility up keep (e.g. fumigation, cleaning, office equipment R&M etc.) for Regional Office.
- Smooth running of operations at the Lahore Guest Houses
- Management of 3P blue collar staff
- Vendor management
- Managing transport facility for the CD team
- Management of meetings & events to support the business
- Management of cafeteria services
- Management of stays at the guest houses.
- Management of Daycare services at the Lahore Office.
- Maintenance & Up-keep of Company cars (functional + Pool)
- Preparation of Annual Budget for the regional office.
- Conducting analysis of budget identifying any deviations from the estimated figure.
- Ensure correct allocation of cost to the different CRGS.
- Drive employee well-being projects at the regional office.
- Ensuring effective operations of Safety, Health and Environment system
- Reporting monthly Safety KPIs to the senior management.
- Ensuring on time processing of payments through ARIBA.
- Scrutinizing vendors invoices.
- Supervising all administration affairs
- Petty cash management & weekly scrutiny & reconciliation of expenses.
- Preparing and maintaining Car tracker report to communicate it to the field team.
- Effectively managing all 3P blue collar staff at the regional office

Key Requirements
- Bachelor Degree
- At least 2-3 years relevant experience of Admin functions in a large organization.
