Our Territory Manager is our front-line leader who manages the distributors and trade for the designated territory to ensure effective and efficient distribution operations and deliver sales, Key Performance Indicators / targets. Key Responsibilities:

Position Title:ย AM Modern Trade Data & Analytics

Job Purpose:
Unilever is searching for a talented and experienced Assistant Manager โ Modern Trade Data & Analytics to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical capabilities along with a passion for retail trends. This role involves using a systematic process of data collection, pattern discovery and communicating meaningful recommendations for business decision makers. The individual will partner with Modern Trade leaders and planning teams to identify opportunities to improve profitability through optimizing in store assortment
Responsibilities:
- The individual will be responsible for identifying supermarket trends specific to categories
- Develop and implement data collection systems and reporting of all shopper trends via EPOS data
- Able to accurately forecast upcoming demand patterns
- Monitoring and Governance of CD Excellence KPIs for MT and whistle blowing on any hygiene related issues
- Providing expertise through clear recommendations supported with relevant data sets
- Collect, analyze, and interpret merchandising data from Smollan
- Work closely with the merchandising team to understand business needs and design reports, dashboards, and tools that aid in decision-making for KAMs and In-store teams

Position Title:ย Supply Planning Excellence Lead

Job Purpose:
Responsible for adoption of No Touch Planning and Supply Planning Excellence KPIs.
Job Responsibilities:
Kinaxis Compliance :
As a kinaxis Super User/ Planning SME it will be your responsibility to govern and manage kinaxis adoption, root cause analysis and consult with BAU team to manage new requests and issues. Coordinate with MDM team on data hygiene for Kinaxis. Run MEIO norms in Kinaxis. Maintain overrides if required. Centrally govern 80% adoption for Kinaxis. Responsible for rolling out kinaxis planning for 3rd parties. Responsible for rolling out kinaxis for banded stocks (3P banding sites)
MRP Compliance :
Responsible for conducting trainings for MRP adoption. Responsible for circulating the MRP dashboard report along with loss reason reporting. Responsible to ensure that the MRP adoption remains above 80% for all categories.
MSTN/ESTN compliance:
Responsible for governing and driving MSTN/ESTN ratios for the category at 90%> for MSTN and <10% for ESTN. Responsible for correcting any data related issues through MDM in SAP ECC or via Kinaxis.
RTVA Plan:
The supply planning excellence lead is responsible for testing and rolling out RTVA dashboards.
Pricing Optimization:
Responsible for end-to-end management and governance of pricing optimization and 100% batch accuracy. Maps the As-Is process for end-to-end stock movement. Identify gaps in the As-Is process. Map the to-be processes basis on findings and provide timelines and actions to bridge the gaps. Responsible for rolling out batch management in Unilever across all warehouses and factories.
Education & Work Experience:
- Bachelors/Masterโs Degree in Business or Engineering
- 2+ years of experience in Supply Planning
- Proven track record of analytical thinking, stakeholder management and team management.
- The SP leading should be self-motivated and willing to learn new things in unchartered territory.
