Costing Merchandiser
Job Description
The duties and responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:
- Estimating & determining the total cost of textile products.
- Costing of raw materials, accessories & other expenses.
- Analyzing cost variance.
- Identifying key cost cutting measures.
Experience:
- Minimum Bachelor’s
- At least 2 years of relevant experience.
- Proven track record of executing orders in timely manner.
Qualification:
- Bachelor’s Degree from any HEC recognized University
- Should have good command on fabric utilization and costing of the product.
- Should have a go-getter attitude.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in MS-Excel and ERP Software knowledge.

Purchase Executive
Job Description
The duties and responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:
- Research potential vendors
- Compare and evaluate offers from suppliers
- Negotiate contract terms of agreement and pricing
- Track orders and ensure timely delivery
- Review quality of purchased products
- Enter order details (e.g. vendors, quantities, prices) into internal databases
- Maintain updated records of purchased products, delivery information and invoices
- Prepare reports on purchases, including cost analyses
- Monitor stock levels and place orders as needed
- Coordinate with warehouse staff to ensure proper storage
Experience:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in purchase department, preferably from textile industry.
Qualification:
- Bachelors, preferably in Supply Chain Management
- Strong communication and analytical skills.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work under pressure.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
- Proficiency in MS-Excel and ERP Software knowledge.
