Job Title: Assistant Manager Parent Relations
Location: Head Office, Lahore
Qualification: Masterโs in any relevant field
Job Description:
- Address parent feedback and concerns, including visits and stakeholder engagement
- Resolve issues by supervising teams and collaborating with school leadership
- Manage fee follow-ups, withdrawals, and maintain transparency
- Monitor reports, oversee exit interviews, and update records
- Support admissions and refine communication processes
- Identify training needs and ensure best practices in parent relation
Experience:
- At least 3-5 years of relevant customer service/relationship management experience
- Preferably as a Team Lead (or equivalent) in a telecom call center
- Experience of actual training delivery, on customer services, would be preferred
Skills Required:
- Advanced proficiency in MS Office Suite
- Thorough understanding of Customer Services processes and complaint resolution techniques
- Advanced English language proficiency (written/spoken)
