POSITION: Assistant Manager Parent Relations
LOCATION: Head Office, Lahore
QUALIFICATION: Masterโs in a relevant field
JOB DESCRIPTION
- Oversee and support the student life cycle management, ensuring seamless operations across COC and Franchise schools
- Supervise PROs, providing guidance and ensuring timely resolution of complaints and concerns
- Analyze and manage data related to complaints, ticket updates, and the routing of franchise-specific issues to improve efficiency
- Compile and analyze withdrawal data, understanding reasons for exits and implementing strategies to improve retention
- Organize and oversee training sessions for PROs on company policies and ensure they are equipped to handle challenges effectively
- Address challenges faced by PR teams, providing solutions and strategies to enhance their effectiveness
- Manage admission fee waiver quotas and oversee the implementation of financial aid policies, ensuring adherence to company guidelines
EXPERIENCE: At least 3-5 years of relevant customer service / relationship experience. Preferably as a Team Lead (or equivalent) in a Telco Call Centre. Experience of actual training delivery, on customer services, would be preferred
SKILLS REQUIRED:
- Advanced proficiency in MS Office Suite
- Thorough understanding of Customer Services processes and complaint resolution techniques
- Advanced English language proficiency (written/spoken)
