Job Responsibilities:
- Drive sales targets (volume and value) for customers and distributors within assigned budgets.
- Manage yearly negotiations with customers, including commercial terms.
- Manage sales, contractual compliance, and overdue payments for national chains.
- Follow channel strategic direction and agree business plans with key account customers.
- Obtain in-store space allocation at the best possible rates.
- Maximize visibility of Kashmir products within the assigned area.
- Manage key account distribution, including effective route planning.
