JOB DESCRIPTION:
The Head of International Sales will be responsible for developing and executing international sales strategies to expand our market presence globally. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong sales acumen, excellent communication skills, and a deep understanding of the food manufacturing and retail industry.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develop and implement the companyโs international sales strategy and growth plans.
- Identify and assess new business opportunities across regions.
- Identify key markets, develop strategies, and initiate expansion efforts.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to customize product offerings for international audiences.
- Track and analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitive activity to refine strategies.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, distributors, and partners.
- Collaborate with marketing, production, and support teams to tailor offerings for various international markets.
- Regularly report on sales performance, forecasting, and strategic initiatives.
QUALIFICATION & SKILLS:
- Bachelorโs degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred).
- 8-10 years of international sales experience with a proven track record of success.
- Proven track record in identifying and launching new market opportunities.
- Strong interpersonal, negotiation skills and relationship-building skills.
- Excellent understanding of global market dynamics.
- Ability to work in fast-paced, cross-functional environments.
