We are looking for a skilled Manager Catering to help us continue our tradition of culinary excellence.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Ensure Top-Quality Catering Services: Oversee the delivery of superior catering services to all customers, ensuring satisfaction and high-quality standards at every event.
• Menu Planning and Execution: Collaboratively plan event menus and oversee the preparation of food and services to guarantee the seamless execution of all functions.
• Catering Proposals and Negotiations: Develop innovative catering options and negotiate prices to provide competitive and appealing choices to our clients.
• Coordination Excellence: Work closely with customers and chefs to ensure their visions are brought to life flawlessly.
• Stock and Supply Management: Monitor the availability of all necessary catering stock and supplies, ensuring everything is on hand for upcoming events.
• Market Research and Business Development: Stay ahead of catering trends to keep our services cutting-edge, identify new business opportunities, and promote competitive offerings.
• Maintain comprehensive knowledge of the market and competitors to strategically position our services.
• Perform related duties and functions as assigned to support the overall success of our catering operations.

JOB SPECIFICATION
