Job Responsibilities:

• Oversee day-to-day operations of all Uniworth retail stores across Pakistan.
• Develop and implement strategies to enhance store performance and achieve sales targets.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and standards across all stores.
• Lead, mentor, and supervise Area Sales Managers (ASMs) to ensure they meet their regional targets.
• Drive sales initiatives and promotions to maximize revenue.
• Ensure exceptional customer service standards are maintained across all stores.
• Implement cost-control measures to maximize profitability.
• Develop training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of store staff.
• Develop and implement strategies to improve market share and brand presence.

Requirements:

• Experience: 7-10 years of proven experience as a Retail Operations Manager.
• Education: Master’s in Business Administration or a related field.
• Skills: Analytical mindset with a good understanding of retail metrics and financial analysis.

Location:

• Quaid-e-Azam Industrial Estate, Kot Lakhpat, Lahore.
