Junior IT Support Officer

LOCATION: Lahore

Vital Petroleum PVT. LTD is looking for a Junior IT Support Officer

Job Description:

• Install, configure, and maintain computer hardware, software, and networks.
• Troubleshoot hardware and software issues, including desktops, laptops, printers, and servers.
• Provide technical support to users, including troubleshooting and resolving IT-related problems.
• Facilitate in all IT related issues
• Handon experience on VMware, Veeam Backup and Replication

Requirements:

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Comprehensive knowledge of IT
• Passion for learning and innovation

Minimum Qualification:

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Software Engineering.
• MCSE/CompTIA Network+

Experience: 02-03 years experience
