Junior IT Support Officer
LOCATION: Lahore
Vital Petroleum PVT. LTD is looking for a Junior IT Support Officer
Job Description:
- Install, configure, and maintain computer hardware, software, and networks.
- Troubleshoot hardware and software issues, including desktops, laptops, printers, and servers.
- Provide technical support to users, including troubleshooting and resolving IT-related problems.
- Facilitate in all IT related issues
- Handon experience on VMware, Veeam Backup and Replication
Requirements:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Comprehensive knowledge of IT
- Passion for learning and innovation
Minimum Qualification:
- Bachelorโs degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Software Engineering.
- MCSE/CompTIA Network+
Experience: 02-03 years experience
