Vital Petroleum PVT LTD is looking for a Front Desk Coordinator for Lahore.
We are looking for a polished and organized Front Desk Coordinator to be the face of our company. The ideal candidate will manage front office operations with efficiency, ensuring a welcoming and professional experience for all visitors, clients, and staff.
Job Description:
• Warmly greet and assist visitors, clients, and staff upon arrival.
• Answer and route incoming calls promptly and professionally.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming reception area.
• Schedule and manage meeting rooms and appointments.
• Collaborate with other departments to streamline operations.
• Support administrative tasks, including maintaining logs, records, and daily reports.
• Enforce security procedures by monitoring visitor access.
• Order and manage front desk supplies to ensure uninterrupted operations.
Requirements:
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Comprehensive knowledge of MS Office
• Professional appearance
• Ability to multitask
Minimum Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in business administration.
Experience: Proven minimum 03 years’ experience
