Wavetec is looking for Senior Supply Chain Executive!
Location: Karachi
Education: At least a Bachelor degree in the relevant field
Experience: 2-3 years of relevant experience
Main Accountabilities & Responsibilities:
• Plan shipment order in line with process P-08 and maintain its KPIs.
• Take shipment follow up with FF for delivery (Globally) and ensure the delivery is made according to the time frame. Quote at least from 3FF for every shipment.
• Responsible for managing SODs, arrangement for shipment of SODs as per instructions on the SOD, keeping the SOD owner updated.
• Handle shipments and documentation.
• Make export shipment documents (Karachi)
- Shipment invoice
- Shipment packing list
- Form E
- Airway Bill and Bill of Lading.
- Custom Clearance document
• Check LC documents with shipping documents
• Ensure payments are made to freight forwarders of Dubai and China.
• Ensure goods being shipped are as per SOD (Specs & Quantity).
