Position: Thinker Finance (Manager Treasury)
We are currently seeking a qualified individual for the role of Thinker Finance, based in Karachi.
Join our team as a Treasury Manager, where you will be responsible for securing funds and banking facilities while managing and strengthening relationships with banks.
What we expect from you:
-Developing and maintaining strong relationships with banks to facilitate financial transactions
-Negotiating and securing banking lines, including Running Finance, Term Loans, and L/C Lines
-Ensuring timely renewal and cost-effective structuring of financing arrangements
-Monitoring and ensuring compliance with covenants and conditions in bank agreements including prudential regulations
-Coordinating with credit rating companies
-Reviewing and implementing cost-saving strategies for insurance arrangements
-Developing financial models for investors and lenders
-Ensuring compliance with corporate financial policies and banking regulations

What qualifications do we require?
5-8 years of experience in Treasury Finance.
MBA/Masters in Finance.
