Position: Thinker Planning & Merchandising (Lead Product Planning)
We are currently seeking a qualified individual for the role of Thinker Planning & Merchandising, based in Karachi.
Join our team as a Planning & Merchandising professional where you will responsible to ensure effective global in-season management for optimal sell-throughs and achievement of financial targets.
What we expect from you:
-Collaborating with relevant Retail teams to finalise sale at store and concept level
-Conducting performance trend analysis of current and previous year
-Setting pricing as per pricing guidelines to achieve the desired revenue and gross margin
-Updating forecast sheet weekly for every category and analysing data to maximise sales performance by taking appropriate actions
-Analysing performance at code level and developing store wise allocation
-Reviewing product performance and developing action plan in coordination with Retail
-Providing analytical support to relevant stakeholders to make in-season decisions
-Developing markdown recommendations for product categories
-Communicating upcoming collections to Store Design, Brand and Retail Team

What qualifications we require?
-5-7 years of experience in Demand & Supply Planning and Financial Analysis.
-Bachelors in Finance, Business or relevant field.
