🔍Position: Network Support Officer

🌈What You’ll Be Doing:

• Provide technical support to users regarding network-related issues
• Monitor network performance and troubleshoot problems
• Install, configure, and maintain network equipment and software
• Implement and maintain network security protocols and measures
• Collaborate with other IT team members to ensure the integrity and efficiency of the network
• Document network configurations, procedures, and troubleshooting steps

🎯What We’re Looking For:

BSCS / BSIT Relevant certifications

• 1 to 2 years of relevant experience
• Proven experience in network administration and support
• Strong knowledge of networking protocols and technologies (e.g., TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLANs)
• Experience with network equipment such as routers, switches, and firewalls
• Familiarity with network monitoring tools
• Understanding of AD server and firewall
• Ability to work collaboratively in a dynamic team environment.
