• Ensure accurate delivery of all store operating procedures and best practices to all staff and their adherence to them at all times

• Enhance labor stability by identifying and addressing any issues or risks facing area staff members
• Encourage and enhance effective teamwork between area staff
• Deliver attendance targets on all area ensuring staff adherence to attendance policy
• Create suitable succession plan with assistance from VP Sales Operations and HR Team
• Recruit area staff team in cooperation with VP Sales Operations and HR Team
• Act as a role model and representative of the company’s sales and services
• Ensure consistent high quality customer experience in all area and effectively manage and handle customer complaints and area team issues
• Monitor and review service standards and measures in all area and ensure their suitability to set guidelines and take appropriate actions for improvement
• Coach and train line reports and related area team staff to deal with customer complaints professionally and all area team on excellent selling skills in order to increase sales productivity
• Ensure effective execution of service initiatives within the area
• Monitor cash control and audit
• Monitor VM standards and ensure appropriate follow up directly and through the team
• Ensure proper understanding of required standards of product presentation and services by all area staff team
• Ensure meeting the promotional timetable and delivery of agreed upon visual impact standards across the area at all times and in new shop fits in cooperation with the VP Sales Operation/VP Merchandise/VM Manager
• Plan key VIP events properly by fully briefing area teams of any upcoming events and ensuring the selected area is suitable for the event
• Ensure full compliance of area to trading standards and health and safety legislations
• Deliver excellent Front of House (FOH) and Back of House (BOH) standards
• Build and monitor area sales and profit plan and ensure appropriate implementation in order to maximize performance
• Observe product performance and availability in order to provide feedback to VP Sales Operations and VP Merchandise for required action
• Prepare and deliver stock loss and markdown/wastage plan for the area while ensuring and following up on area staff team to minimize stock loss and markdown/wastage
• Identify and properly handle any maintenance and cleaning issues
• Ensure understanding and achievement of security standards and processes
• Drive business actions to deliver maximum profit proactively
• Any other duties as assigned by the direct manager
