Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Providing a support service for Specification and Project Sales personnel with regard to bespoke or highly complete technical situations.
- Responsible for the accurate and timely management of complex drawing approvals and substantiation letters in support of major project tenders.
- Accompanying the Specification and Project Sales personnel to any Consultant or Contractor visits in support or major project specification and tender, including educational ‘Lunch and Learn’ seminars.
- Responsible for technical representation for the company NPD programme through project involvement, the identification of ideas, market research and development, specification and approval activities.
- Responsible for the technical support all product groups within the project specification market.
- To record and manage all project, company, contact, diary and activities within CRM (Web and iPad) on a daily basis to ensure regular and effective communication across all relevant functions.
- To support and monitor the compliance of on-site drylining construction in accordance with the White Book and Site Book to comply with the SpecSure Warranty requirements.
- Assist with ensuring the technical accuracy of product literature, NPD and company communications both within the market place and internally.
- Responsible for the safety aspects within the area of own responsibility particularly around site safety and safe driving.
