Manage Key retailer accounts of the company’s products and services within a defined geographic area. Ensures consistent, profitable growth in sales revenues through positive planning, deployment and management of sales personnel. Identifies objectives, strategies and action plans to improve short- and long-term sales and earnings.
 Managerial Responsibilities:
1. Contribute to the achievement of the strategic objectives of the sector through performing own responsibilities and coordinating direct reports performance.
2. Set the section’s goals and objectives and ensure the cascading of such to the direct reports’ individual goals and objectives.
3. Apply individual items of sector’s policies, procedures and processes and ensure adherence and implementation.
4. Coordinate with direct reports the performance of their delegated responsibilities.
5. Ensure the ongoing development of the section’s employees, and guide the activities of direct reports.
6. Oversee the overall performance of direct reports according to communicated KPI’s.
Functional Responsibilities:
1. Provide day-to-day supervision of activities including training, manpower planning and performance evaluation of reports.
2. Translate overall Sales plans and strategies for their area to maximize current and future sales and provide input to relevant units’ and overall strategy.
3. Participate in special projects/programmes such as major promotions, new product launches or new marketing initiatives.
4. Present and explain the sales target and the plan to all staff.
5. Ensure right image of Mobily is reflected at Mobily outlets
6. Meet or exceed annual sales and profit targets by product line as specified in annual budget.
7. Represent Mobily at key engagements to build on existing relations and identify and initiate new sales opportunities.
8. Design and/or Implement sales initiatives and campaigns that generate the highest level of revenues from accounts or team controlled.
9. Monitor and track performance and developments in the market and ensure that variances against performance targets are brought to the early attention of the appropriate manager so that corrective action is taken.
10. Manage developmental projects; including but not limited to specialized sales / products analysis projects, establishing new points of sale
