1)HR Strategy
Partner with the unit management team for finalization of business plan
Establish and develop a relationship with senior management to understand the
key resource issues and associated requirements to meet both current and future
organizational challenges
Translate business requirements into effective HR practices in the unit,
Identify and address the HR implications of business plans, delivering people
solutions aligned to business objectives
Orient and educate managers (and employees through managers) about the company
policies and procedures, applying them fairly and consistently across the unit
2)Talent Acquisition
 Recruitment Cycle Management- Position discussion with Line Managers & agencies, manage the applicant pool, conducting & coordinating interviews, candidate
background verification, maintaining Recruitment MIS tracker, Administrative support in the reporting out on all budget related costs associated with VCs.
Recommendation support in terms of identification of suitable Talent Acquisition technology (internet sourcing tools, campaign management tools, networking/referral
technology)
 3) Employee Engagement
 Engagement survey to understand the present
engagement score.
Facilitation of action planning to increase
the engagement score.
Develop and implement effective communications
and participation programs that build employee engagement
Budgeting and Forecasting
Prepare supporting documentation for
annual/standard/ad hoc HR budget reviews/forecasts and requests
Provide ad hoc and/or standard budgeting
analysis and reporting.
 4) Performance Management
Organize and coordinate for objective setting
for all employees.
Facilitate the follow-up process and quarterly
updates by all and timely performance assessment by the functional heads.
Coordinate and communicate for the calibration
sessions.
Organize review discussion.
5)Organizational Structure
Provide tools that measure the current internal and external environment, offer knowledge of
various organizational structures, including the pros and cons associated with
each structure.
Support leaders to align their organizational structure decisions to short-term
and long-term organizational objectives
Educate managers and employees on key aspects of performance management (goal
planning, goal audit, result documentation and performance discussion areas).
