We are looking for young and energetic candidate for the following position based in Lahore. ย
Position:
- Assistant Manager โ CS (Customer Service)
Qualification:
- B-Tech / B.E (Mechanical / Automobile)
Experience:
- 2 โ 3 years of relevant experience.
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for Field operations โ Service & Parts.
- Assuring customer satisfaction by resolving customer complaints
- Technical assistance for market problems and feedback.
- Smooth dealerโs operation /Skill Improvement/Resolving day to day matters
- Responsible for Lube and Parts sales & availability
- Planning /executing support activities and managing CS tasks
- Finding areas for improvement and actions to improve
- Achieving KPIs in terms of Yamalube & Parts sales, network, activities as defined in MBO.
Salary Range: Depends on capability (market competitive)
Location: Lahore
