Yamaha Motor Pakistan Limited is looking for young and energetic candidate for the following position in Rawalpindi:
Position: Sr. Assistant (Mechanic)- Customer Service
Qualification: Metric
Experience: 2-3 year’s of relevant experience.
Location: Rawalpindi
Responsibilities:
- Provide backup to sales / Customer Service dealers regarding technical issues.
- Visit market for critical market complaints.
- Provide knowledge & training to Customer Service dealers related to hands on job.
- Technical feedback of market complaints as when required.
- Assure Pre- delivery inspection implementation / institutional support.
- Assist in trainings.
- Support in other Customer Service operations as when required.
- Provide warranty support to the customers related to technical issues.
- Customer dealing for complaints.
