Responsibilities:
- Managing the recruitment and selection of technical, professional and managerial
staff. - Preparing job descriptions.
- Posting ads on social media.
- Develop training programs.
- Support the management for disciplinary and grievance issues.
- Advising management and staff on a wide range of HR related matters.
- Drafting organizational policies.
- Prepare employee contract/letters.
