Core functions of the job

• Managing overall operations of centralized R&D Center with Designing Team, Stitching and PD Team to work with Buyers/Marketing teams for new developments.
• Manages and monitors performance of team members by setting measurable targets, clarifying the expectations and providing regular feedback on performance.
• Doing Intensive research for trend forecasting to make Sustainable & Eco-Friendly products with concept of less damage to planet
• Plan and prepare targets for design departments

Requirements

• Profound knowledge of colors, patterns, and textures
• Trend and emerging brand awareness
• Strong negotiating, listening, verbal, written and presentation skills
• Inventory and merchandising management.
• In-depth knowledge of latest trends and forecasting trends
