Designation: Senior Manager / Deputy General Manager Cut to Pack (Apparel)
Qualification: Bachelors /Masters
Experience: For Senior Manager: 10 to 12 Years (04 years as Manager) For DGM: 14to 16 years’ Experience (04 years as Senior Manager)
Responsibilities:
- Develop production plans and schedules
- Manage day-to-day operations and monitor production progress
- Supervise and lead the production team
- Allocate resources efficiently
- Implement process improvement initiatives
- Ensure quality control and compliance with standards
- Control production costs
- Prepare production reports and analyze KPIs
- Maintain a safe production environment
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and suppliers
