What You’ll Be Doing:

Streamlining operations with cell formation and line balancing.
Implementing a Style Bulletin system for process efficiency.
Managing the KPI Board for real-time performance tracking.
Lead Kaizen initiatives, and standardize workflows through GEMBA practices.
Assessing daily machine requirements and maintaining production flow.
Conducting SAM studies and rate evaluations to enhance productivity.
Resolving piece-rate discrepancies with accuracy and transparency.
Acting as a backup scheduler to ensure operational continuity.
