Position: Social Media Specialist
Experience: 3-4 years
Location: Lahore
Responsibilities:
– Identify competitive communication themes to build brand reputation.
– Manage the process for the conceptualization, content development, graphic/animation design/info-graphics, and roll out of thematic campaigns and tactical communication.
– Fully utilize social media communication formats for dissemination of messages.
– Effectively manage and grow owned social media communities and develop a support network of friendly communities.
– Identify and address potential reputation related issues across social media.
– Develop, manage and evolve quarterly and yearly calendar for social media communications.
– Effectively manage customer relations across SM channels.
– Use SM and Google analytics to identify SM consumption trends and inform social media content and calendar.
– Ensure compliance to brand guidelines and communication policy across all activities.
– Propose and manage budgets to run social media communications.
