Our ideal candidate will be able to align and execute Zameen’s business strategy, bring together combined and cutting-edge HR solutions, and resolve employee relation issues. Furthermore, the candidate should exhibit sound commercial knowledge, prior experience in dealing with HR best practices, excellent employee management skills, and an eye for talent.
Job Location: Lahore
Education: Bachelor’s degree (master’s preferred) in Human Resources, Psychology, Business, or any other related field.
Experience: Min 10 Years (Sound experience in recruitment, planning & analytics & solving complex employee relations issues)
