WE ARE HIRING ASSISTANT BRANCH MANAGER
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Assist in managing daily operations, including opening and closing procedures, ensuring adherence to company policies and standards.
- Oversee cash handling, banking procedures, and daily sales reporting to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Recruit and train team members, ensuring they understand product knowledge, sales techniques, and customer service expectations.
- Monitor inventory levels, assist with stock replenishment, and conduct regular stock counts to minimize shrinkage and ensure product availability.
- Assist in preparing and managing the branch budget, including expense control and maximizing profitability.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelors or Masters degree in a relevant field preferred.
- 2-3 years of proven experience in retail fashion brand
