Job Responsibilities:
- Provide prompt and professional support to customers, addressing inquiries about products, orders, and general assistance.
- Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues, escalating complex cases as needed, and follow up to ensure complete satisfaction.
- Deliver clear, effective, and tailored communication through live chat and calls, adapting style to meet different customer needs.
- Achieve performance targets related to response time, resolution efficiency, and customer satisfaction, participating in ongoing training.
- Coordinate with team members and other departments to ensure a cohesive customer experience and contribute to continuous improvement.
Requirements:
- Bachelors or Masters degree in a relevant field preferred.
- 2-3 years of proven experience in a customer service or support role, preferably in an e-commerce environment.
