Job Responsibilities:

• Responsible for achieving volume and numeric targets for the zone.
• Ensure that trade schemes are implemented in retailers as per SOP during regular market visits.
• Coach Territory Managers, Customer Sales Force, and Merchandisers by accompanying them in the market.
• Motivate and lead the team to achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
