Job Purpose:
- Maintaining existing corporate accounts , bringing in new accounts and ensuring excellent customer services
Job Responsibilities:
- To retain, service & grow accounts (large & SME)
- Achievement of assigned regional sales & service targets
- Coordination with regional & HQ teams for proposals, contracts, business cases & customer complaints
- Responsible for providing monthly invoices to the tagged portfolio & billing collection management
- Timely identification of problems and duly managing customer service establishments that leads to new referrals
- Revenue assurance as per management assigned targets
- Ensure smooth customer handling and customer experience management
- Responsible for gross adds in existing base for a full range of voice, mobile data and ESS solutions to the client base

- Developing customized solutions for corporate sector
- Ensuring the clearance of outstanding amounts from existing customers
- Meeting monthly assigned sales targets
- Exploring and driving new growth avenues through existing client base
- Prevention, retention & churn management for assigned portfolio
- Meet the assigned churn targets
- Contract renewals, negotiations, comparative analysis with customers & coordination with HQ product & channel teams
Eligibility Criteria (Education, Knowledge, Experience and Skills):
Education:
- Minimum Bachelorsโ degree in Business Administration or any other relevant domain. MBA Degree holders with relevant experience will be preferred.
Work Experience:
- Minimum 3 to 5 years of relevant work experience in similar scope

Job Title: Assistant Manager Sales Operations
Department: Sales & Distribution
Reporting to: Senior Manager Operations & Reporting
Location: Islamabad
Job Type: Permanent
Job Purpose:
- To manage franchise operations, commissions, risk & Audit and vendor management
Job Responsibilities:
- Responsible for managing the progress of embedded integrity project for S&D.
- Responsible for managing internal & external Audit requirements, queries & data provision.
- Responsible for monitoring and review of S&D Internal Control Matrix and consequent compliance.
- Monitoring the Sales Channel Commission processing and timely disbursement while keeping a close check on the periodic payout trends.
- Management of S&D related vendor payments, SLA compliance, payment status monitoring and relevant risk controls and problem resolution.
- Management of Purchase Requisitions for all S&D related projects and problem resolution.
- Responsible for management of franchise channel operations including induction, termination, change of ownership etc. as well as channel support and ad-hoc problem resolution in coordination with Legal & Regulatory.
- Monitoring S&D BPR Projects and relevant reporting to CAD Management.
- Overall Policy & Process management & Compliance in processes.
- Managing the entire operations team including responsibilities of franchise operations, commission management, ERP Management.
- Project management for all planned or ad-hoc Operations related projects.
Eligibility Criteria (Education, Knowledge, Experience and Skills):
Education:
- Minimum of Bachelors degree however Master in Business will be preferred
