Job Purpose:



  • Grid Manager will be responsible for all major KPIs of Sales, Revenue, Business Development, Mobile Broadband, Trade Visibility, Channel Universe Development, Cell sites utilization in that particular Grid


Job Responsibilities:

  • Concentrate on revenue growth from 3G and 4G sales including handset sales by deploying new smartphone shops and enhance the quality of existing retailers/ smartphone shops
  • To ensure quality of gross ads, 3G/4G gross add
  • To ensure Channel Expansion (SIM Selling, ML, VAS, MNP, MBB, ECATs, Postpaid) by identification of high potential areas within the grid
  • Ensure that timely purchase orders are placed by franchises to ensure availability of stock at all times
  • Handle end to end Complaint Management, CSI Monitoring, Quality Assurance and customer experience management at franchise.
  • Identify untapped areas in the assigned territory and guide teams to increase retail penetration through EDS and other possible factors
  • Ensure that staff and retailers are fully trained and equipped with company product knowledge

  • Guide BDOs in planning sales routes Prepare and submit sales forecast for sims, scratch cards, mini load & recharge on daily/weekly/monthly/basis for effective sales planning
  • Plan with Regional Sales Head localized sales promos in areas of low sales performance and low network utilization

  • Assist the Management to accomplish its objectives by bringing a systematic and disciplined approach to evaluate and improve the effectiveness of control activities, and control environment.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Execution of the following assurance/engagements which include but are not limited to a) Audit assignments b) Review Assignments c) Compliance Engagements d) Special Investigations e) Agreed Upon Procedures
  • Professional duty to provide an unbiased and objective view on effectiveness of controls through audits conducted as per approved audit plan by management in Operational, Reporting and Compliance domains.
  • Evaluate and improve the effectiveness of control processes. Provide Senior Management with assurance that helps them to fulfill their duties to the organization and its stakeholders.
  • Implementation of efficient execution plans to improve controls within the organization with objectivity and independence, also recommend methods to enhance and improve control procedures.
  • Develop an understanding of the business area under review, including objectives, measurements, key transaction types, review of documents and interviews.
  • Assess the key risks facing the business activities within the scope of the audit. Identify management practices, compare to the best practice control framework and ensure each key risk is properly controlled and monitored.
  • Develop and execute a risk-based sampling and testing approach to determine whether the most important management controls are operating as intended
  • Report issues and challenges identified and negotiate executable action plans with management to address the problems.
  • Follow-up on reported findings at appropriate intervals. Internal audit department maintains a follow-up database for this purpose. Perform follow-up audit assignments as per approved audit plan to assure complete and effective compliance in areas already audited with agreed action plan(s) in previous audits.
  • Carry out review engagement for giving independent negative assurance to business areas where limited assurance is required and identified as medium risk areas as per approved audit plan by management.

  • Drive initiatives to optimize the utilization of spectrum assets, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and leveraging advanced tools to manage and enhance spectrum efficiency.
  • Formulate and execute strategic initiatives to enhance and expand the organizationโ€™s wireless network. This includes collaboration with cross-functional teams, analyzing network performance metrics, and driving initiatives to improve coverage, capacity, and reliability.
  • Develop comprehensive network architecture guidelines and standards to support growth, scalability, and technology evolution.
  • Forecast network capacity needs by analyzing subscriber trends, traffic data, and emerging technologies, and design expansion strategies with a focus on cost-efficient investments.
