Position: Assistant Manager Talent Acquisition & Employer Branding

Job Purpose:



  • The role is a mix of Recruitment, Employer Branding & Talent Acquisition Business Partner responsibilities. It includes both aspects of planning as well coordinating for day to day operations.


Job Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for the complete recruitment cycle. Understanding the requisition, advertising jobs, sourcing and screening incumbents, interviewing shortlisted applicants and on-boarding the finalized candidate
  • Understand the business requirements with regards to talent placement strategy and provide solutions to business leaders
  • Periodically review different policies related to Talent Acquisition & Talent Growth and bring improvements through refinement of existing policies & processes.
  • Use data & analytics to devise ways to bring improvements in key recruitment metrics pertaining to efficiency, effectiveness & quality etc.
  • Be a part of the workforce planning exercise to forecast the requirements for coming years keeping in mind the skills that would be necessary to develop for the future.
  • Introduce vertical & horizontal talent growth initiatives such as mandatory job rotations & job shadowing to develop talent pipeline & successors readiness.
  • Consult with line managers & HODs of assigned departments on a daily basis and provide HR support specifically related to fulfilling their talent requirements (talent acquisition, rotation & retention).
  • Continuously benchmark & improve HR practices through research and market intelligence / comparison with best practices.
  • Take initiatives to conceptualize, design, plan & execute special programs for fresh graduates ranging from Summer Internship, Year long internship, Graduate Trainee Program with the primary focus of giving learning opportunities to students to broaden their horizon and building young leaders for Zong.
  • Develop a long term & short term employer branding strategy and design digital content to engage the prospective audience.

Education:

  • Must be a graduate with minimum 16 years of education.

Work Experience:

  • Minimum 4-6 years of experience preferably in HR or similar roles.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Develop and nurture a robust sales pipeline through market intel, networking, prospecting, and lead generation for all Chinese Accounts in the specific region.
  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to drive GCSS sales and achieve revenue targets.
  • Lead and inspire a sales & services team, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure success in both sales and services management.
  • Collaborate with industry growth, products and DICT Support teams to understand and customize GCSS Solutions for industries & accounts in respective region.
  • Ensure seamless delivery of solutions to client, meeting their specific requirements and exceeding expectations.
  • Build and nurture strong relationships with corporate accounts.
  • Act as a liaison between corporate accounts and internal teams to address concerns, provide solutions, and maintain high client satisfaction levels thus ensuring long term retention of accounts.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities for GCSS market.
  • Oversee the post-sales service delivery to ensure the highest levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Implement service improvement initiatives based on client feedback
  • Collaborate for negotiations with corporate clients, ensuring that contract terms and conditions are favorable and compliant.
  • Stay informed about needs of different industries & clients for GCSS Products & Solutions.

Eligibility Criteria (Education, Knowledge, Experience and Skills):

Education: Minimum Bachelor’s degree with relevant or similar nature of experience

Work Experience: Minimum 4 years or above in a similar role.

Job Purpose:

  • Responsible for development and implementation of effective Pricing Strategies
  • Ensuring that pricing strategies of all marketing functions are aligned with business goals
  • Generate new ideas for revenue maximization and subscriber engagement
  • Go to Point of Contact for Marketing Management when ascertaining performance and impact of various products, campaigns etc.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Identify gaps in portfolio, propose changes and execute proposal
  • Monitor and evaluate performance of products, campaigns etc. and recommend adjustments (if required)
  • Conduct regular pricing reviews and provide insights to the management for continuous improvement
  • Performance Management Tracking of Products, Campaigns etc. within marketing department
  • Ensure effective pricing structure for Products, Campaigns etc.to maximize market value and penetration
  • Analyze customer feedback and market dynamics to adjust marketing strategies accordingly
  • Develop dashboards to monitor internal and external KPIs with a keen eye on changing trends

Education:

  • Minimum Bachelor’s degree preferably in Marketing or Business Administration required.

Work Experience:

  • Minimum 4-5 Years of relevant work experience in Marketing Department. Telco Industry Experience will be an added advantage.

Skillset:

  • Data Analysis: Proficient in utilizing data analytics tools to derive insights
  • Market Research: Strong ability to conduct market research and competitor analysis
  • Telecommunications Industry Knowledge: Understanding of dynamics and trends in the telecom sector
  • Strategic Thinking: Capability to develop and execute strategic plans
  • Ability to understand problem statement, find analytical answers and present solutions. Connect and build a strong relationship with cross-functional teams to ensure operational excellence
  • Thoroughness in analyzing data, patterns and structures to ensure accuracy.
