Job Responsibilities:
- Responsible for overall management of field operations of region.
- Direct coordination with MS Vendorโs management for services delivery as per SLA and SOW.

- Management of core locations First Level Maintenance through MS Vendor and Second Level Maintenance through third party vendors.
- Management of Non MS projects likes Diesel Generator Over Hauling, Civil Works, Rental Diesel Generator and Cell On Wheels Movements.
- Management of special in-house activities.
- Direct coordination with regional sales counterparts for network related issues and customer complaints.
- New Physical sites and expansions acceptances as per process.
- Ensure compliance of all CMPak processes and policies.
- Ensure compliance on CMPak inventory and asset management process.
- Yearly CAPEX related requirements for new resource provisioning like Battery Bank, Diesel Generator, Line Conditioners, Air Conditioners etc.

Job Purpose:
- To design, develop, and maintain Oracle OAF (Oracle Application Framework) forms, Standard functionalities ensuring seamless functionality, customization, and integration within the Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) environment
Job Responsibilities:
- Work on Oracle ERP (R12.2) technical tasks including new developments and support.
- Understand and analyze requirements and prepare technical solution designs.
- Ensure timely and quality completion of all developments including reports, customizations, personalizationโs, enhancements, Development in Oracle Application Framework (Highly Mandatory) and integrations (Optional).

- Hands-on experience on interfaces, forms, OAF and Workflows
- Experience in data conversions, interfaces / integrations, reporting, and customizations to ERP applications.

Job Purpose:
The position is responsible for managing media campaigns across various channels (digital, TV, radio, print, etc.), along with media planning, buying, and optimization related activities. The role is also engaged in developing and executing media strategies to meet business objectives, managing relationships with media vendors, and ensuring the seamless execution of campaigns.
Job Responsibilities:
Media Planning & Strategy
- Lead the development of comprehensive media strategies aligned with brand objectives and target audience insights.
- Identify appropriate media channels (digital, print, broadcast, etc.) and optimize budgets to maximize reach and impact.
- Conduct competitive analysis and market research to stay ahead of trends and opportunities.
Media Buying & Negotiation
- Manage the end-to-end media buying process, including planning, negotiating, and executing media buys across various platforms.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with media vendors and publishers to secure the best possible rates and placements.
- Oversee budget management to ensure campaigns are executed within allocated budgets.
Campaign Execution & Optimization
- Monitor campaign performance and make data-driven adjustments to optimize media strategies and achieve KPIs.
- Work closely with the digital marketing team to integrate online and offline media for cross-channel synergies.
- Ensure campaigns are launched on time and within budget, tracking all aspects of media performance.
Team Leadership & Collaboration:
- Providing leadership and direction on media planning and buying.
- Collaborate with other departments (creative, analytics, product marketing) to align on campaign goals and execution
- Play a pivoted role in conducting media expenses audits, reconciling media accounts, collaborating with internal and external stakeholders, streamline communication and coordination for seamless execution of media investments, contributing to the overall success of media initiatives
- Liaise with internal teams to gather information and insights for effective financial decision-making.
- Collaborate with Marketing Finance for timely processing Purchase Requisition (PR), PO issuance, and budget alignment
- Vendor Management and contracts handling
Reporting & Analysis
- Provide regular updates on media spend, performance, and ROI to senior leadership.
- Analyze post-campaign results and report insights and recommendations for future campaigns
