Job Type: Permanent

Job Purpose:

  • Establish, maintain and develop the companyโ€™s presence in the corporate sector to generate new business and retaining the existing corporate clients by providing exclusive customer service to gain customer satisfaction.

Job Responsibilities:

Sales Management:

  • Responsible to supervise team of Relationship Managers.
  • Seeking new business ventures; identifying competitive edge and developing customize solutions for Corporate Sector.
  • Bringing revenue generating customers onboard.
  • Generating more sales from the existing client and ensuring their confidence level remains intact to make them stay on board by giving them quality customer services.
  • Providing required documentation for Customer Waiver Evaluation as per approved C&C policy.
  • Selling and achieving set targets of:
  • Postpaid
  • Enterprise Solutions
  • MNP
  • VAS
  • Terminals/Handset Business

New Business Development:

  • Meeting monthly sales targets as approved by Management.
  • Exploring and driving new growth venues through existing client base.
  • Timely identification of problems and duly managing customer service establishments that leads to new referrals and fresh activations.

Revenue:

  • Revenue assurance as per management assigned targets.
  • Taking steps to enhance the existing clientage revenue as well as from prospective clients.

Customer Retention/Churn:

  • To keep a regular track of corporate activations / disconnections and the reason for the above.
  • Formulate tactics for customer retention and prevention of churn to other competitors taking necessary action to resolve service, billing or any other issues while that may cause customer dissatisfaction

Eligibility Criteria (Education, Knowledge, Experience and Skills):

Education: Minimum of Bachelors Degree from a reputable university. However Masters Degree will be preferred.

Work Experience: Minimum 10 years experience. Team management experience will be preferred

Job Purpose:

  • Responsible for both technological innovation and commercial excellence.
  • This role will involve not only spearheading application development but also managing commercial responsibilities such as budgeting, vendor negotiations, and ROI analysis, ensuring our solutions are not only cutting-edge but also financially astute.

Job Responsibilities:

Technical Expertise:

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, implement, and maintain technology solutions
  • Development and integration of applications to meet business objectives
  • You will be responsible for developing server-side logic using languages such as PHP/Java/Node.js. You will be required to create/integrate APIs, manage databases, and work with cloud/on premises servers
  • Stay updated on industry trends, evaluate new technologies, and recommend innovative approaches to drive technical excellence
  • Lead the development and integration of applications, ensuring they meet high-quality standards, performance benchmarks, and security requirements
  • Collaborate closely with software developers, system architects, and engineers to design, implement, and maintain scalable and efficient application solutions
  • Oversee the software development lifecycle, including requirements analysis, coding, testing, deployment, and ongoing maintenance, ensuring on-time project delivery
  • Troubleshoot technical issues, provide guidance to the development team, and actively participate in problem-solving to achieve optimal results

Commercial Management:

  • Cultivate and maintain vendor relationships, negotiating contracts and service level agreements to minimize costs and maximize value
  • Perform ROI analysis and create strategies to ensure technology investments align with commercial goals
  • Conduct comprehensive ROI analyses to assess the impact of technology investments on revenue generation, cost reduction, and overall business performance
  • Create and implement cost-effective strategies for resource allocation, ensuring alignment with project goals and budget constraints
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that technology initiatives are in harmony with the organizationโ€™s commercial objectives and long-term strategic plans

Reporting to: Regional Sales Manager

Job Description:

  • Grid Manager will be responsible for all major KPIs of Sales, Revenue, Business Development, Mobile Broadband, Trade Visibility, Channel Universe Development, Cell sites utilization in his particular Grid

Job Responsibilities

Sales:

  • Concentrate on revenue growth from 3G and 4G sales including handset sales by deploying new smartphone shops and enhance the quality of existing retailers/ smartphone shops
  • To ensure quality of gross ads, 3G/4G gross add
  • To ensure Channel Expansion (SIM Selling, ML, VAS, MNP, MBB, ECATs, Postpaid) by identification of high potential areas within the grid
  • Ensure that timely purchase orders are placed by franchises to ensure availability of stock at all times

Customer Services:

  • Handle end-to-end complaint management, CSI Monitoring, quality assurance and customer experience management at franchise

Visibility:

  • Coordinate for trade marketing activities regarding brand visibility, BTL activities, trade promotions, market splash, company product visibility, channel awareness, business development and special events in the territory.

Planning:

  • Identify untapped areas in the assigned territory and guide teams to increase retail penetration. Guide BDOs in planning sales routes
  • Prepare and submit sales forecast for sims, scratch cards, mini load & recharge on daily/weekly/monthly/basis for effective sales planning
  • Plan with Regional Sales Head localized sales promos in areas of low sales performance and low network utilization.

Team Management & Supervision:

  • Ensure that staff and retailers are fully trained and equipped with company product knowledge
  • To make periodic visits to the market and ensure stock availability in the entire territory
  • To ensure that the channel partners stay abreast with all the developments in terms of SOPs, discipline, targets and trade promotions.

Merchandising:

  • Responsible for availability of POS material at the outlets.

Business Development:

  • Coordinate with the Marketing and Channel teams regarding BTL activities, trade promotions, business development and special events in the grid.

Qualifications: Minimum Masterโ€™s degree is required
