Job Responsibilities

- Manage customer portfolio to increase the penetration within the existing customer accounts.

Job Responsibilities:
Sales Management:
- Responsible for selling Fixed broadband products (Internet, Voice, DPLC, IPLCs), Cloud computing, DICT, and M2M/IoT Solutions to key accounts segments.
- Work closely with the technical teams to devise technical solutions as per client expectations and requirements.
- Seeking new business ventures; identifying competitive edge and developing customized solutions for the Corporate Sector.
- Bringing key accounts on board.
- Generating more sales from the existing key clients and ensuring their confidence levels remain intact to make them stay on board by giving them quality customer service
New Business Development:

Incumbent will be responsible for managing GCSS presence on digital platforms. Ensure that regular updates related to our products and customers is shared across all major social and print media platforms.
Incumbent will also act as PMO office for Govt. & Corporate Sales department for both internal and external customers.
Job Responsibilities:
- Developing digital media strategy, drafting the operational structure and managing the day-to-day operations for GCSS digital marketing.
- Devising innovative and creative digital plans in line with the business requirement while creating an online brand image of GCSS portfolio to reach the set targets
- Create, strategize and analyze paid campaigns for special B2B solutions
- Explore various avenues which are suitable for B2B businesses to brand themselves for maximizing visibility
- Analyze the data generated from paid campaigns & unpaid posts. Build dashboards and generate actionable insights
- Build an online presence which compliments B2B portfolio, ensure main target audience is reached
- Work with brands to improve platforms by using advanced digital marketing techniques to increase awareness, engagement and traffic across social media pages
