- Responsible for managing the progress of embedded integrity project for S&D.

- Monitoring the Sales Channel Commission processing and timely disbursement while keeping a close check on the periodic payout trends.

- Management of Purchase Requisitions for all S&D related projects and problem resolution.
- Responsible for management of franchise channel operations including induction, termination, change of ownership etc. as well as channel support and ad-hoc problem resolution in coordination with Legal & Regulatory.
- Monitoring S&D BPR Projects and relevant reporting to CAD Management.
- Overall Policy & Process management & Compliance in processes.
- Managing the entire operations team including responsibilities of franchise operations, commission management, ERP Management.

Job Purpose:
Grid Manager will be responsible for managing & achieving all major KPIs of Sales, Revenue, Business Development, Mobile Broadband, Trade Visibility, Channel Universe Development and Cell Sites Utilization in the assigned territory/ grid/ area.
Job Responsibilities:
Sales:
- Concentrate on revenue growth from 3G, 4G sales including handset sales by deploying new smartphone shops and enhance the quality of existing retailers/ smartphone shops.
- To ensure quality of gross ads, 3G/4G gross add.
- To ensure Channel Expansion (SIM Selling, ML, VAS, MNP, MBB, ECATs, Postpaid) by identification of high potential areas within the grid.
- Ensure that timely purchase orders are placed by Franchises to ensure availability of stock at all times.
Customer Services:
- Handle end to end Complaint Management, CSI Monitoring, Quality Assurance and customer experience management at franchise.
Planning:

Merchandising:

Job Purpose:
- Develop coherent & flexible M2M/IOT solutions plus Platforms by leveraging CMPak capabilities and partnerships to create propositions for Enterprise Market.
- Drive end-to-end activities for the product planning and execution throughout the Product Lifecycle, including gathering and prioritizing product and customer requirements by working closely with Engineering, Sales & other stakeholders
- Support HQ and regional teams to ensure revenue and customer satisfaction goals are met.
Job Responsibilities:
- Coordinate with the regional team for all M2M Products, follows up sales activity, collaborating with the sales team in the identification of opportunities and problems and their correct exploitation/solution.
- Develop detailed external sales/marketing tools such as playbooks, solution briefs, and presentations to effectively showcase product capabilities.
- Manage day-to-day operational activities of the Machine to Machine (M2M) portfolio and IOT portfolio
- Develop sales forecasts, business cases, competitive analysis, and other insights for the M2M products portfolio.
- Provide detailed insight into emerging opportunities and conduct market research to determine user needs through competitive market gap analysis and evaluating the viability of new products.
- Drive product development by working closely with Partners, technology and other stakeholders ensuring end-to-end delivery.
- Develop strategic partnership alliances with local ICT companies, Startups, system integrators and software service providers to launch M2M solutions for B2B customers.
- Manage interdepartmental coordination and meetings pertaining to cross-functional teams Own product roadmap and identify document Use Cases that will define product delivery priorities and timeline.
