ZTE Pakistan Jobs 4G RF Expert:
Urgently required “4G RF Expert” based at Islamabad. Candidate must have at least 6-7 years of experience in RF domain.
Responsible for:
- Statistical analysis/KPI benchmarking & Optimization activities 2G/3G/4G
- Proficient knowledge of mobile communications & principles of GSM/UMTS/LTE5G Products, signalling flows & protocols, Radio transmission, antenna systems & so on
- Analyse Network Performance KPI,s/Reports with excellent skills in troubleshooting performance related issues
- Familiar with OSS KPI systems & related counters, able to perform signalling traces/logs collection
- Parameter recommendations 2G/3G/4G & strong grip on its implementation/handlings
- Strong communication skills & ability to interact with customers, management & internal partners & provide Technical solutions
- Load balancing, Traffic sharing, Access/HO parameter optimization, Throughput enhancement optimization 2G/3g/4G,
- Sector splits optimization, MIMO/Massive Mimo optimization, Power configurations 3g/4G
- Special solutions, VoLTE, Carrier aggregations monitoring/optimization
- Frequency reforming & rationalization optimization, New Sites planning & optimization & new feature trials 2G/3G/4G
- ZTE Tools handling ( Netnumen, TEMS, Mapinfo, NetMax, NEMO, R&S, CNO)
- Ability to work under pressure under fast pace environment.
