ZTE Pakistan Jobs CS Core Expert:Urgently required “CS Core Expert” based at Lahore. Candidate must have experience of 3-5 years in relevant field. Excellent interpersonal and decision making skills are required.
Responsible for:
- Provide 24/7 L2 operations and maintenance on CS Core Network Nodes (MSC, MGW, HLR, SBC, EIR, STP, DRA etc.) and Coordinate with L3 support team
- Asset, Administration and Backup management of CS Core Network nodes as per customer policy.
- Good knowledge of protocols like SIP, H248, MAP, CAP, ISUP, SIP Sgs, Sigtran, VoIP, Volte and NFV.
- Understanding of service calls flows related to CS Core Networks
- Ability to perform service configurations, Health checks, Troubleshooting and customer complaints handling.
- Special event management, readiness, checks and preparations
- Network KPI analysis and Optimization.
