Multiple Positions for “RNOs & GUL Planning Experts”
Location: Islamabad
Candidate must have at least 3-4 years of experience in relevant field.

Responsible for:

• Daily KPI monitoring, benchmarking, Improvement Plan
• Stats analysis, Special reporting, Optimization Activates
• Special solutions monitoring/optimization, Parameter recommendations
• Tool handling ( Netnumen, TEMS, Mapinfo, NetMax, NEMO )
• New feature Trials, Field test recommendations, City Optimization

Urgently required “VAS Engineer” based at Islamabad. Candidate must have at least 3 years of experience in relevant field.

Responsible for:

• Hands on experience on VAS Nodes Like IN, USSD, VMS etc.
• Provide level II and III support to customers of VAS nodes.
• Operations, Maintenance, troubleshooting, technical execution and up- gradation of nodes.
• Performance analysis of each VAS node to maintain the predefined KPI’s.
• Resolving hardware and software issues and for CDR’s, Stats, traces and protocol analysis (using Wireshark).
• Responsible for Handling of customer Complaints and resolve within SLA.

Candidate must have at least 2-3 years of ZTE Equipment experience in BSC/RNC.

Responsible for:

• 24/7 BO office support for configuration of BSC/RNC (2G/3G/4G BTS) ZTE equipment.
• BSC/RNC installation & maintenance.
• 2G/3G/4G flows, commissioning, analysis and troubleshooting.
